As Partzona Limited, we provide your orders with a fast and secure delivery service from China to Azerbaijan. Our goal is to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and without any problems.
Delivery types
Partzona.com offers its customers an affordable and fast delivery method from China to Azerbaijan.
Delivery time
- There are two types of delivery methods available: Express or Standard delivery.
- Express delivery — this is the fast option; your order is delivered within 7–12 business days after it has been declared.
- With the Standard delivery type, your orders are delivered to Azerbaijan within 40–45 business days after arriving at the foreign warehouse. (The stated period is calculated from the day the products are delivered to the warehouse in China.)
- The time frame may vary depending on the product category, customs inspections, and logistics load.
- You can track the status of your order through your personal account.
Delivery rules
- Products are delivered only to the address specified by the customer at the time of ordering.
- The integrity of the product is checked upon delivery.
- Partzona.com bears responsibility in cases of damage to or loss of the shipment, and the customer's rights are protected.
Management and tracking
- Each order is entered into the system with a unique tracking number.
- Customers can track the current status of their orders in the "My Account" section.
- Information about the logistics and customs stages is sent to the customer via SMS or e-mail.
Additional notes
- Additional delivery fees may apply for large-volume and heavy products. (The customer is informed about this before the order is dispatched.)
- Partzona.com is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
Express delivery rates

For parcels weighing more than 1 kilogram, the rate is calculated as follows:
Price = 1 kg × 9.99 USD
If the length of one of the sides is 60 cm or more, the weight is calculated as follows:
Volumetric weight = (Length × width × height) cm / 8000
Standard delivery
In this case, the customs duty is paid in advance, and when the parcel arrives at the foreign warehouse, the calculation is made based on a rate of 2 USD per 1 kg.
The minimum payment is 1 USD for standard delivery.
If the size of one of the sides exceeds 60 cm, it will be calculated by volumetric weight.
